About Me
My name is De and I live in Cambridgeshire with my partner, son and our beloved bulldogs Bubba and new addition Sausage!
The photo on the left is a favourite of mine taken by my sister on a trip to Devon with my very first little Fuji digital camera. I love the photo, not only because its slightly soft on the focus and makes me look quite young!, but also because that was the 1st real photography trip we shared together and it completely sparked my love of capturing those special moments in time that would otherwise be forgotten...
For the past 2 years I have been using Canon DSLRs and have done several photography courses/workshops. They are great for teaching the ins and outs of FStops and Shutter Speeds but they can't teach you a good eye and an artistic nature, two things I luckily inherited from my grandfather who was an amazing artist in his own right.
Photography is my creative outlet....I simply love it!
